Kim Strong Lytle

Kim is the Director of School & Juvenile Court Programs at Envision Partnerships. She obtained her J.D. and M.S. from The Ohio State University and has worked in the field of mediation & prevention for more than 30 years. She partnered with the Butler County Juvenile Court to develop the Family & Youth Mediation Program (also known as SOMM) and has continued to manage the program for the past 25+ years.  Kim is a mediator and mediation trainer and is dedicated to helping others to resolve conflict peacefully and empower and restore relationships. Kim is the Director of the Kidz-n-Character Program where she works with young people to build character and developmental assets through the creative & performing arts.  As a result of her work doing prevention in the schools, courts, and community, Kim was recognized by ADAPAO with a Community Champion Award.  Kim has a passion for working with youth and is dedicated to finding ways to help young people thrive, achieve resiliency and navigate the challenges they face in their lives.
