What is Celebrate Me?
Youth-Based Group Therapy for Substance Abuse
Celebrate Me is a group-based program for youth who have been affected by substance abuse. There are six topic areas that are covered: addiction, feelings, problem solving, treatment and recovery, safe people, and coping.

Who can attend the Celebrate Me program?
The intended audience for Celebrate Me is youth who have been affected by substance abuse. The goal of the program is for participants to build on strengths and resiliency through activities and discussion.
What will kids learn in this program?
Through this program, youth have a safety net: building a sense of belonging, reducing isolation, and enhancing protective factors. They practice skills including, but not limited to, healthy living, anger management, coping skills, communication, drug and alcohol refusal skills, healthy boundaries and relationships, and how to celebrate their uniqueness.
