PAX Good Behavior Game

PAX Good Behavior Game (GBG) is an evidence-based practice that changes behavior through strengthening inhibition, extending self-regulation, and improving social-emotional scaffolding. This classroom-based strategy is trauma-informed and has shown to extend positive benefits, such as reducing suicidality, substance abuse, and committing violence well into adulthood.

Program Audience & Goals

Teachers and administrators are trained in PAX GBG in primarily elementary schools. Envision staff who are trained PAX GBG Partners provide support to teachers and staff.

PAX GBG and the complimentary PAX Tools for after-school and home environments are strategies that reduce stress and increase learning time on task for adults, while building resilient kids. Envision Partnerships works with the school to provide training and extensive support in year one and train new staff and give support as needed in years two and three.
