Belon Hill was born and raised in Middletown, Ohio. She graduated from Miami University where she received her bachelor in Speech Communication with a focus in Interpersonal communication. She has always had a passion for working with youth and her first job was working for the city of Middletown as a counselor for their summer youth park program. In 2012 Belon began her career with Girl Scouts of Western Ohio as a Recruitment Manager in Dayton, OH. Belon became very active in the Dayton community and during this time she joined the Montgomery County Prevention Coalition to better understand barriers the community was facing and to educate herself on prevention strategies. In November of 2018 she accepted a position with Youth to Youth International as a prevention specialist for the Montgomery County Prevention Coalition and successfully developed a county-wide youth advisory board and program. Within 4 short years of being in the prevention field she has had the opportunity to develop several workshops, programs and presentations focusing on youth in prevention and has presented these in a variety of prevention conferences, schools and communities. In December 2023 she joined the Envision Partnership team and is very excited to be involved with the same organization that provided her with prevention services as a teen.  Belon is also very active in her own hometown where she currently serves as a Girl Scout troop leader, board member for the Community Building Institute as well as a board member for the Ohio Prevention Professionals Association. Her ultimate goal is to be able to connect community members with useful resources that can help them reach success and thrive.
