Family-Based Services

  • A smoking cessation program created to reduce the burden of tobacco use among women during the prenatal and postpartum period. The program follows clinical guidelines for treating tobacco dependency and conducts counseling sessions each month to help pregnant women quit smoking and stay quit after delivery. Women who test tobacco-free receive a $25 diaper voucher starting on their 3rd prenatal visit and will receive the voucher each month for up to 12 month postpartum.

  • Community Early Intervention

A program that is put in place to give youth brief education about alcohol and other drugs while creating clear rules and consequences to prevent negative future outcomes. Another portion of the program is to increase positive interactions between youth and parent by learning how to communicate with one another while setting clear rules and expectations (also known as Mediation).

  • Mediation

Mediation is a non-judgmental, confidential process that provides participants with an opportunity to address conflicts and other issues they are experiencing. The mediator is a neutral, third party that assists participants with improving communication, restoring relationships, finding solutions, and creating a written agreement.
Envision Partnerships offers mediation services in a variety of settings: Youth & Family Mediation Program (Family-Based Services), School-Based Mediation and Truancy Mediation (School-Based Programs), and Community-Based Mediation (Community & Coalitions).

  • Youth & Family Mediation

Also known as SOMM-Status Offender & Misdemeanor Mediation; provides mediation services to youth and parents at the juvenile court.
